30Soho

Two Model Units are open for showings at 30 Soho, a residential condominium project in the City of York, PA. SAAarchitects worked with Kansagra Real Estate to design 13 loft style residences in a former cigar box manufacturing facility, originally constructed in 1900. SAAarchitects designed the interior and exterior renovations of the structure, including it's roof top addition which is divided into master bedroom suite for the top floor units. We also selected all of the finish package selection options that will be offered to the future owners.

SAA Architects was recently commissioned for a architectural feasibility study for a proposed boutique hotel located in Central Pennsylvania. The study included all aspects of the proposed construction including schematic design and historic tax credit research.

With construction to begin in weeks, 30 SOHO will change the face of upscale city living in York.
